GT-AL6BR
The GT-AL6BR brass anodised aluminium cable grommet is a premium heavy duty metal floor outlet designed to meet the cabling demands of the modern office environment. The GT-AL6 grommet fits a 152mm diameter floor cut-out. 2no. adjustable locking arms hold the grommet firmly in position. An earth wire tether prevents the lid from being detached from the body of the grommet and provides earthing continuity.
The GT-AL6BR flange supports the grommet within the floor opening and masks the cut edge of any flooring material such as carpet or vinyl/HPL. The units deep sleeve design provides a protective seal through the full depth of the floor panel, shielding against any possible sharp floor panel bare metal edges. The grommet lid features an adjustable cable opening ( Max. 25mm x 50mm ) and the lid can also be screw fixed to the grommet body to prevent unauthorised access through the grommet.
The GT-AL6 grommet can also be fitted with power and data socket inserts.
Depending on the use of the grommet it is recommended that the grommet like the raised floor system is electricall earthed.
The GTAL6 is supplied with a protective surface film cover to help protect the grommets finish during fit out phase of an installation.
