Description:
Air Bloxx is a fire rated soft foam cushion seal. It is designed to seal large and awkward openings within the raised floor. The foam is "kiss" cut into 25mm square sections to facilitate the quick and easy shaping of the sealing membrane. Blocks of material can be either simply split or removed to accommodate cable bundles. The 50mm deep soft foam material deflects air and allows cushioned cables to pass through the sealed floor opening and prevents air loss, thereby maintaining positive plenum pressure. The kit is supplied with 4 large 200mm x 200mm corner sections which feature a top flange which mounts to the floor panel surface and a lower supporting edge which is designed to support the 50mm deep Air-Bloxx foam material. The corner sections can also be modified to provide addition foam support where required within the floor opening. The foam should always be shaped oversized and then compressed into the opening.
