Description:

GT060 Air-Block

Heavy duty floor grommet with integrated soft EDPM gasket to seal around cables, minimising bypass air and preventing debris from entering the floor void. Minimises air leakage in underfloor air installations. This makes this grommet an excellant choice for both genaral office and data centre installations.

The standard gasket has 4 removable cable knock-outs which provide a better gasket seal for large diameter conduits and cables. Custom gasket seals can be made to meet specific project requirements.

The GT060 Air-Block splits into (2) halves to facilitate easy cable installation. The grommet is then "snapped" together and fitted into the floor cut out. ( 150mm diameter ). 2 quick action screws lock the grommet firmly to the floor panel. Exposed screws can be finished with a cap plug that matches the grommet surface.

The GT060 grommet is supplied with an integrated safety cover which seals the cable opening prior to cable installtion and eliminates the site issues open holes present before and during fit out. The GT060 is performance loaded tested up to 450kg without failure.
